My one night stay at this property was disappointing. I had been traveling many hours, and when I arrived, there was no restroom that I could use while checking in. The facility overall has not been maintained and kept clean. Once in my room, I found a bathroom that was not very clean, a stale smoke odor, and a refrigerator that was old and stained. Disgusting!

Stay ANYWHERE but here This was a literal roach motel. Our first room hadn’t been cleaned, there was trash on the floor, and it smelled like cat urine. They moved us to another room. When I went into the bathroom and turns on the lights roaches scattered. There were also roaches crawling on the AC unit. There were holes in the wall and burn marks on the counter. Horrible customer service There was no front desk agent for me to check in, when I dialed 0 for agent no one showed. Called Marriott and was provided no additional help

We didn't like the rust on the stove, bathroom sink, bàth tub! We got towels for one. There was two adults in the room! No ice at all! We were told to go next door for ice! We will never return. Never!

The manager was very welcoming on our arrival, however, our stay went downhill from there. The hallway entry way to our room was littered with debris and had to be vacuumed. The bathroom sink had stains and would not drain properly. The bar soaps had no lather and were very dry. On check-out there was no staff at the desk, we waited a while before a clerk showed up stating he was the only staff in the building. Needless to say, I will not be staying here for future visits.
