This is a basic no frills hotel. The place was a little dated. I did see a sign for no pets on the elevator and someone walked the dog right on... For the quick overnight it worked.

have a small pet? Want to shop? This place is 4U I recommend Extended Stay America Greenbrier Circle It is a good value They allow pets Service Desk Staff-Excellent, Room cleanliness - Very Good They privide a grab & go continental breakfast + coffee/tea until 9:30am Regret: the TV picture reception was very poor and drains were stopped up They provide a laundry They have a small gym The location is great for businesses, schools, restaurants, movie theaters, malls, gas station, grocery stores, book stores, etc.

Room was clean & a good size. Only issues I encountered were when we attempted to check in. We arrived an hour prior to check-in time & were told they had no rooms available. Generally most hotels try to accommodate you but they told us come back in an hour which was disappointing since we were in town for an event. The other issue was the room was reserved for a family of 3 but not enough wash cloths & towels were provided. However as soon as I called for them to bring them up they did quickly. There was cereal on the floor under the bed. The toilet had poop around the rim.And the shower was dirty. The floor had some type of dust on it. I dont think The rest room was cleaned at all. It was stocked with clean towles and wash cloths.

The property itself was fine. The room appearance was great too. The bathroom was roomy and the room was a decent size for what you pay. However, the ODOR of the room was terrible. It smelled like someone had bathed the room in their after workout sweat. It smelled like severe stinky armpits.

My company works in every state in the united states. This is the best hotel in the united states. It should be classified as a 5 star Hotel. Customer service treat you as family. I cant remember her nane but she works the morning shift. The precious sweet light skinned lady. Shes an angel. Thank you sweetie for the way you and your staff took care of us. We appreciate you and we will be back soon. God Bless you guys.

Overpriced This hotel is not very comfortable, has almost no amenities, but is safe. Walls are a little thin. Cost is too high for what you get.
