The property was a good location. The hotel lobby, hallways, stairs and elevator was very dirty. Trash stayed piled up outside around the back entrance during my 6 day stay. Our bathroom wasn't clean, the bathtub had a ring and the toilet had urine around the bottem. I asked the staff to change the sheets after night three.They said that the room was scheduled to be cleaned upon my check out and they hadn't seen or heard from any of the cleaning staff. Lobby was very dirty. The room smelled bad. The sheets were wrinkled as if someone just slept in them. It's the worst room I've stayed in. Will never go back.

Dirty hotel Dirty , smelly, to get room clean you have to pay , a extra 10 a day , front desk clerk unprofessional , front desk area very dirty , elevator hallway dirty, carpet dirty , and room smells really bad , would not recommend.

I had a reservation as a stop and the hotel called me at 9:30 pm at night as a “courtesy” to tell me they were overbooked and that they couldn’t accommodate my two children and I entourages to our destination because they were “overbooked.” When I asked to speak to a manager, they told me no manager on staff. When I asked for the name of the person who I was speaking to, they hung up on me. I was extremely thankful that Expedia was able to get me a reservation in such a bind.

Gross!! Very dirty, no hairdryer, ironing board, full cutlery. The floor was sticky and the halls were filthy! Evan was a real bright spot, he was very helpful in an otherwise gloomy experience. I couldn't wait to check out!

Disappointed! Grossed out by ants in bed Hello, I was a guest at your hotel on July 7. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. I was awakened to ants in the bed with me and all over the night stand. I was completely grossed out and checked out. When I reported to the manger she wasn’t apologetic AT ALL and told me there was nothing she could do.

This place was way too expensive. They overbooked their rooms. We didn’t have a remote for the tv in our room and when I asked for one they gave me one without batteries. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was not polite. I do not recommend staying here. You will be wasting your money.
