It was in a good area and not far from our event. Could use better cleaning in elevator and rooms dusty but clean. Staff very polite and efficient and knew how to check us in quickly. At least he told us it was a grab and go breakfast and not buffett. It was still really nice. Shower water nice and hot but not soft water which was still ok. Will be using them again.

Okay for only one night stay. Location is kind of outdated lots of people walking in and out all the time. Customer service was pretty good.

We had a good experience here. Staff was friendly and professional. The property looked mostly clean. The carpet has a strong odor, which I'm not sure why there's still carpet in hotels anymore. The morning coffee thingy is ok, lots of junk food choices. Also, Wi-Fi was not working properly or as advertised. Overall, I'd come back and recommend

Even though we checked in and spent a few minutes in our room before attending a memorial service, we ended up not staying. After the memorial service (which brought us to Burr Ridge in the first place), we decided to drive the 2 1/2 hours home. Partly what led to this decision was the condition of the room.
