Chicago!!! First time at extended stay. Building at this location was worn down but the service was great with accommodating my room. I booked a double bed and they exchanged it for two rooms due to not having it available. I appreciate them taking care of the problem overall.

The staff was friendly. And having a laundry room in house was great.
Housekeeping is only on a weekly basis, but they have an envelope to tip housekeeping. No cups or glasses available. breakfast is minimal, coffee, packaged muffins or granola bars or oatmeal. Very basic. During the winter, parking lot is full of black ice, and while there are signs staying may be slippery, there are dangerous patches of ice that need to addressed. For the cost, not worth a short stay.
