THE FACILITIES WERE ADEQUATE, BUT THE COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE WAS EXTREMELY POOR. THE RECEPTION AREA WAS LEFT UNCLEANED FOR A WEEK, THE TILE WAS HEAVILY SPOTTED AND THE AREA RUG COVERED WITH DEBRIS FROM SPILLS AND FOOT TRAFFIC. HALLS WERE NOT VACUUMED EVEN ONCE DURING OUR ONE WEEK STAY. WE WERE TOLD BY OTHERS THAT THIS EXTENDED STAY AMERICA WAS SUBSTANDARD TO OTHER HOTELS OF THE SAME NAME. WE WOULD NOT STAY AT THE BURR RIDGE FACILITY AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.

Will never be back! The first room I was put in was actually what I had paid for. However it had no tv remote and the person working that evening couldn't find one. I also had work to do and the desk was located where there was no outlets or even a light. I would had to move furniture around to get anything done. I then asked to be put in another room which wasn't too bad but was a downgrade. When I went to take a shower in the morning there was Black hair all around the shower/tub! Yuk! The hotel is going through a much needed renovation. It may take a while but it should help.

My stay was horrible... It started by going into my first room and not having a televisionat all. I called the front desk asking was it standard only for the front desk attendant to tell me to come down stairs to get another key and go elsewhere if I wasnt happy. Upon retreiving my things to go downstairs I was greeted at the door by the attendant who came to "inspect" the room to ensure that we hadn't "stolen" the television. Cost cutting with the sheets? 7:00 rolls around, we fold down the bed, and there's no bottom sheet. I called the desk, and they offered to change rooms. It was easier for me to go down to get a sheet. That was a first.

The size of the room and the accommodations in general, were wonderful. However I would not stay at this hotel again because it was FILTHY. Really, quite a shame.

安いので 安いので出張で良く使います 生活する分には充分です 深夜担当のスタッフがすこしラリっているので 早朝のチェックアウトでその人に当たると必ずトラブルが起きます。
