Laminate wooden floor was filthy upon arrival as well was bathroom's floor. Hotel staff at desk was unhelpful and not very welcoming. For price of room I would expect clean floors and more friendly first contact staff.

Room's laminate wooden floor was absolutely filthy from moment you stepped in the door (white powder all across floor), big hunk of dried spit across the room by TV and whole pills on the floor in bathroom. Gross... Front desk staff at night was very unhelpful. I would NOT stay there again.

horrible customer service It was horrible. I booked at non-smoking room. Provided the screen with the confirmation to the lady at the desk and she simply replied that it wasn't booked on their end "n0n-smoking" -not once making an attempt to accommodate us with a non-smoking room. We had to sleep in a smokers room. The room had horrendous odor, the lamps weren't working properly, the rug was dirty. Terrible. We flew in to Chicago at about 2am, tired obviously, didn't lay our head on a pillow till 7 am... First he said he had no rooms and we didn't have a reservation (which we did), then he wouldn't tell us how to get there, gps was taking us to some neighborhood.. We drove over a 100 miles cause these people. Long story short we stayed at a different location and woke up a 10 am to them calling over and over and over. Look at room before you unpack For a very nice neighborhood, I was disappointed. Bathroom, coffee pot dirty and heating unit not working properly, all night it made noise. Best part was that I booked through hotels.com and their customer service representative got me a full refund.

Burr Ridge IL When I finally found the hotel front desk help was not there had to wait over 5 minutes even when I checked out. Then they said breakfast was in a certain room that was a joke as you can get a cup of coffee and a granola bar. Room was ok looked old. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel was booked! I reserved this hotel last minute because of an emergency. After I paid for the hotel the manager told me there were no vacancies. My money was suppose to be refunded and it was not.

Wretched Based on positive reviews, gave it a try. First, housekeeping was the worst I have encountered at a hotel. Hair on sink in bathroom and kitchen, smears of scouring powder on faucets, soap scum around tub, etc.etc., Although recently "renovated" this is not saying much because almost everything is cheap and substandard, just with a coat of paint and some new flooring.
