Burr Ridge Stay The hotel is showing a great deal of wear. I walked by the trash storage area for the floor and almost vomited. I have never had this experience before in a hotel.

Ok My stay was ok
Issues from the start Booked 2 king rooms. Arrived & was told “we don’t even have king beds” blamed hotels.com for that one. Then we’re told we only have 1 room available. After about 10-15 mins. They found another room. Said they have been having computer glitches. Needs some updating. Worn out. Not near as nice as the last Extended stay America we stayed at. Comfortable bed though.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and comfortable bedding however the building was worn and dreary.
