Customer Service is awful. Customer Service was awful, the room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Convenient, great area and highway access.
Burr Ridge Stay The hotel is showing a great deal of wear. I walked by the trash storage area for the floor and almost vomited. I have never had this experience before in a hotel.
