The front was slippery. I almost fell. There was no salt out

Vehicles should not be allowed to back in to the parking spots along the building. Because of the cold, people were warming up their cars for extended amounts of time and the exhaust was coming into my room through the heater.

The staff was very friendly. As a matter of fact, one staff did give me her personal lotion for use to moisturize my hands. The lights by the bed didn't work. The parking lot with icy, they could have done a better job. The so called breakfast was no breakfast; it was a waste of one's time in coming downstairs to the lobby for it.
