This is the only extended stay me and my girlfriend go to. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. Veronica is the best!

This was an impromptu stay due to bad weather, so not really being prepared for an overnight stay was awkward but I got thru it. The staff was courteous and helpful and my only complaint was with the snow removal in the parking lot could have been better...

Good for a quick Great Location. Hotel was a bit old, kinda old smell. Price to high for such a old hotel.

No Complaints! I have no complaints about this place. Room was clean, warm and comfy and the ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly.

I poked on line when I try to check in the front desk lady wants to charge me one more time I told her it's already paid h.she give me a hard time till she understands that. .

Won't ever go back! I stayed at the Burr Ridge Ill location. I reserved a SMOKING room. The room's door was broken because It wouldn't catch on to the latch. It took two hours for the manager to switch my room which delayed me for my meeting as I couldn't leave my valuables in a unlocked room. After my room was switched, the lamps on the wall didn't work but I was already late and decided to not complain about it.
