Worst place Toilet was broken no one fixed it microwave smelled it was disgusting

I booked a specific room, the hotel changed my room without my permisson. They allowed a party to go on across the hall from my room, had many complaints about the noise, one first even called police, and the hotel refused to do much. My room had not been properly cleaned, good thing I travel with cleaner. The beds were comfy and most of the staff was nice. It only took that one or two to make a miserable stay for half of my stay.

It was a place to sleep. Check in was curt. The facility was in total disarray. A phone in the lobby was askew, a room door on the first floor (101) was completely bashed, including the knob, and entrance panel. Breakfast was, well, one gets what one pays for. Packaged instant oatmeal, granola bars, and packaged muffins. Should a person want to stay, The "kitchenette" had no plates, service ware, or pans.

Bad Room Oh, I had booked a non-smoking room, however, someone had smoked in there fairly recently - there was a round room freshener stuck on a/c vent. The trash hadn't been emptied. There were NO dishes, silverware, - the kitchen was completely empty. I asked for and received some plastic ware, a couple of bowls, a coffee maker, The fridge was dirty - didn't want to touch it. Pluses = good work space in room. I've stayed at Extended Stays before and they were nice - I don't know what happened here.

wouldn’t ever stay here again. short staff hotel. The first day I checked in the bed sheets were durty. I asked for new sheets and they made me take the sheets to the lobby and gave me the new sheets and so I had to make my own bed. The toilet wasn’t flushing right and they gave me some things to me fix it. This hotel expects you to do everything, this is not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Decent Stay The staff was ok seemed like she was having a bad night by the look on her face and then when I got into the room I thought an extended stay should at least some pots and pans for cooking in which this joint didn't and then the bathroom sink was dirty and the stopper in the sink was just laying there like hey im just here and have nothing to do ............I just wont be back there again ......Just a HOTT MESS

Terrible This is what is on the website Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Well not even a glass or paper cup in the rooms. Went to the lobby to find out why there wasn't even a glass to have water. I was told you have to come to the lobby to ask for even a glass if you want it, No glassware, No silverware, No coffeepot.
