I wouldn't stay here more than 12 to 24 hours. We were just looking for a place to check in after midnight and were leaving at 9 AM, so it was ok. Air conditioner leaked and carpet was soaking wet. The rate is one third of a normal hotel, so expect one third of a facility. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived, nobody at the front desk when we left.
