Quick stay I had a room with a queen size bed. The bed looked as if it was quickly made up and not neat. The two desk chairs in the room, the seats were dirty. The microwave was not clean.
Simple stay Comfortable and reasonable price.The staff was nice and the studio look is all good.
Using that hotel for all our employees that coming from out of state. No one ever complain.
close to services In and Out went smooth. Heavy weather impact to Chicago but everything went well at hotel.
Besides waiting to check in and no one at the desk which would be understanding if busy but talking in back and all you here is swearing and gossiping like teenagers is very unprofessional at any customer service job. Then the room has cob Webs every in the room crack sinks and a very Unpleasant smell in the room as well. I've been here before long ago and it has definitely changed for the worst. It use to be very well maintained and clean looking now it looks more like a dump. Sorry.
