It is good that check-in is late at night. It is good that the price is cheap. The room is old but it was good and wide

ca. 20min zum Flughafen Chicago, optimal vor der Abreise; keine direkten Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung nächste 3km weg; große Zimmer mit Küchenzeile; Frühstück eher dürftig (Kaffee, Tee, Nussriegel, Muffins) für diese Klasse an Hotel müsste mehr geboten sein, auch in USA.

Disappointed My name is Denise not Courtney. Desk clerk was complaining about working 2shifts. Used wrong credit card. I asked her to charge it to another she took the card but she charged the one I called in with when I made reservation. Not sure if she charged me twice. I will be looking for extra charges on my card that I handed her. ??? She also handed my adult grandson a hair dyer we requested, covered with a sheet ??? Lock on door was missing scews and didn't work right. And carpet was dirty. Very disappointed.

Nice and clean hotel A good hotel with friendly staff. The room is spacious and clean with a kitchen. You have to bring your own pans and pots and utensils though. Wifi is good and the "grab and go breakfast" is convenient. The only thing I might say as a con is there is no hairdryer in the room.
