I’ll stay again Needs more pillows on bed 3 pillows are not enough

Convenient location The hotel provides everything I needed. The location is excellent, close to O'Hare and highways. The staff is friendly and helpful, but seems they are "away assisting other customers" on a regular basis.

everything was good except for the person who checked me in and out.

Cheap hotel Bed was uncomfortable and the air conditioning could wake the dead. It kicked on every 5 or 10 minutes all night. Unfortunately too hot to turn it off. Made for a very long night. Also they had no ice machine in the building.
