Excellent customer service My room’s heater wasn’t working, Matt immediately switched rooms for us. He also checked with us later to make sure we were good.

Clean room, friendly staff Room was clean & comfortable. Staff friendly and very helpful with recommendations for local dining. Overall, very quiet and close to everything. Room had a full size fridge, two burner stove. Lots of elbow room. Would definitely stay again.

Not worth the cheap rate .. I have stayed here before and the same issues. I was there 3 nights.. They don’t clean your room , you have to ask I guess. There are not any kitchen supplies, it is an extra charge. The elevator was disgusting, there was spit on the floor.

Not at all what we expected Very disappointed. Outdated! Nothing in rooms except clean towels. You have to ask for dishes, coffee pots etc. We were there 3 days and never saw a housekeeper until day 3. The ONLY good things about this hotel is front desk clerks. Excellent job ladies under the circumstances.
