Never again We were expecting a great stay -and it turned out to be a very annoying one. The alarm at the room was so loud and annoying also at 2 am the fire alarm rang and they had everyone at the lobby with no information of what was goin on. It was freezing outside. Fire fighters arrived and shut the alarm but noone even said or explain anything the girl at the counter seem to not been concerned at all like of it had happened before. In the morning so much noise going on it waa just a very bad experience.

Awful- 2-4am 50-65 people in a room too loud underage drinking. Aware of New Year Parties but this was rediculous. some staff rude

Stains on carpet no silverware or plates in kitchen. Stopped up sink and no drain in bathroom sink. No one at front counter ever.... To assist with anything

Awful from the moment you walk in When checking we were told the room booked through the Expedia app wasn't available so we had to take whatever they had since we booked through a 3rd party. Ok fine , we get to the room and it's supposed to include a sofa bed. It did no mattress. Was told again tough because of how I booked them told I could leave. So we did. Tried to contact Expedia with no success. Very awful experience from every way you look at it.

It was over all horrible, the rooms were not clean both times I stayed. Microwave was nasty bathroom was nasty hair was in the bed. Leading me to believe the sheets were not changed. They changed our room to only have the same results. Another dirty room...

Not the greatest even for the cheap price! When we first got there it took a while to get checked in because the attendant could not find our reservation. When we finally got to our room, the door took a pounding just to get in the room to smell a weird aroma and to see someone's jacket hung on the chair. When we inspected the bed it was a bit dirty.
