Sadly disappointed This was not a cheap place...$150 per night, and the worst part of our stay (besides having no toilet paper or coffee), was when my GF left her glasses after we had left. She called and was told they were found and would be shipped out to her address. Never happened. Repeated calls left and never returned. She had to spend another $500 on new glasses. We will never again stay there. We felt like anything we asked for was too much...

Short time visitor no! Long term visitor? The door key would not open the door. Went back downstairs and got a new one, this one worked but the room was not made up yet. So we got assigned to a different room which was a little better. Kitchen floor was damaged, bath tub needed to be calked, the Hotel does not even have an ice machine. Never again My bath tub was dirty, told the front desk never was able to take a shower checked out the next day went another hotel, first and last time staying at this hotel.

COCKROACHES!!!!!! Awful. The people are rude as ever at the front desk. The lady told me to get the toilet paper out of their own office...lazy and worst of all COCKROACH INFESTATION!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! THERE WERE BABY COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Breakfast Not Included, Disgustingly Unclean Disgustingly unclean - check inside the lamps for unknown mess. I intentionally booked this hotel because "Breakfast Included". NOT INCLUDED. Packaged muffins and mini granola bars ARE NOT BREAKFAST. At 7:30am on Saturday, no coffee. NO COFFEE! I had to ask the front desk person for coffee. "Oh, it's coming." "When?" "When I go get it." I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bath tub needed to be caulked and the toilet had rust spots in it which made it look filthy. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping did not attempt to make our bed or clean the room. I went to the front desk to request it around 3 p.m. which was hard to do because there was no one on duty at the registration desk. When someone arrived they assured me that it would be done. Not impressed at all!

Nasty and unprofessional So I booked an night away for me and my boyfriend when checking in the women at the front desk was helpful and the process was quick do to me reserving a room prior to walking in . However when getting to the room I noticed that the bathroom tub was filled with hair not mine there where no towels in the washroom it looked as if they just made the bed and left .
