Brown stuff on my towels We waited for 30 mins before someone came to the front desk. Our towels were disgusting and our sheets had cigarette burns, not to mention it smelled like cigarettes (suppose to be non smoking )
Dirty, broken First room,sink in bathroom not attached to counter, hair in bed, broken table n chair.2nd room couldn't get into. Rm3, moldy bathtub, empty liquor bottle n cabinet.
Needs a face lift This property needs a true house cleaning from the property to the staff

Worst hotel Ever! Never Again! Checked in "After" 3pm. Gave me a room that had NO sheets on the bed, bedspread on the floor, door was open, obviously it was still being cleaned but nobody was in there cleaning it. Went back to desk, gave me another room, had NO towels! And NO toilet paper! NONE! went back to the desk had to wait for towels, they sad they were drying?! Sadly disappointed This was not a cheap place...$150 per night, and the worst part of our stay (besides having no toilet paper or coffee), was when my GF left her glasses after we had left. She called and was told they were found and would be shipped out to her address. Never happened. Repeated calls left and never returned. She had to spend another $500 on new glasses. We will never again stay there. We felt like anything we asked for was too much...
Short time visitor no! Long term visitor? The door key would not open the door. Went back downstairs and got a new one, this one worked but the room was not made up yet. So we got assigned to a different room which was a little better. Kitchen floor was damaged, bath tub needed to be calked, the Hotel does not even have an ice machine. (Why would you book a one night stay customer if you can't even offer an ice machine?) We just don't carry a bag of ice with us all the time. Free Breakfast!
