Needs more house cleaning work The room didn't have towels. The bath tub looked like it had not been cleaned from a previous stay. I found hair all over the room. We had to wait a good 10 minutes for the elevator that seemed to be broken.

Place was very dirty. Had to sleep on the coach Overall place was dirty. Need a day more. The staff was not available upon arrival. We had found hair in various spots on the bed . Hair in the bathtub dirty towels and dirty overall it was nasty .

Hair There was hair on the toilet seat before I even used it. Hair everywhere in the room. Trash under the bed, and there was mold in the bathroom.

Tried to different rooms, both so dirty. Tried 2 different rooms, both so dirty. The staff was prompt and friendly when we needed to switch rooms because the first one was so dirty. The tub was gross. The sheets were not clean. There was something really gross running down the front of a picture frame on the wall. There was a duck tape on the wall? The bathroom floor was sticky

Check in was at 3. I waited till 3:25 and still no one at the front desk. I came back 30 min later and checked in. Lobby was dirty as well as all common areas. Once I got into room. It stunk and bed looked like it was used in a bad 70’s porn. Worn in middle with stained and holes in the sheets. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again!!!!!!!

Great location but dingy and careless staff. Dirty room. Bath tub mildew. Leaky sink took our only trash can out of use. Whole hotel smelled like smoke. First night elevator stopped working due to power outage and was out till next day.
