Oakbrook Extended Stay - pretty ghetto... I've stayed at other Extended Stay hotels before so i thought this one specially located in Oakbrook would not disappoint. Well this was very disappointing. Here are my issues: As I checked in, had to wait for a receptionist for about 15 minutes - nobody else around. The cooking odor in the lobby was almost unbearable - it's Extended Stay so maybe some folks cooked their meals. Meh I stayed here for 1 week. Thankfully the room was free of bed bugs but this hotel has yet to be renovated so the counters were warped with holes, the carpet was dirty, and the linens were worn through in spots. I also noticed small beetle bugs on the kitchen counter and bathroom floor - I later determined that they got in under the door. I arrived pretty late at night so after my surface inspection of the room, I collapsed in the bed. Brown stuff on my towels We waited for 30 mins before someone came to the front desk. Our towels were disgusting and our sheets had cigarette burns, not to mention it smelled like cigarettes (suppose to be non smoking )

Dirty, broken First room,sink in bathroom not attached to counter, hair in bed, broken table n chair.2nd room couldn't get into. Rm3, moldy bathtub, empty liquor bottle n cabinet.

Worst hotel Ever! Never Again! Checked in "After" 3pm. Gave me a room that had NO sheets on the bed, bedspread on the floor, door was open, obviously it was still being cleaned but nobody was in there cleaning it. Went back to desk, gave me another room, had NO towels! And NO toilet paper! NONE! went back to the desk had to wait for towels, they sad they were drying?!
