Weekend Away Very disappointing stay! Sofa bed was not made up & had many, many stains & dirt under the mattress, including an old coat!! They advertise fully stocked kitchen but you have to ask for pans, plates, silverware etc & the number they keep on hand is limited to a first come first serve basis (not enough to go around). Comforter had stains, room was freezing, bathroom was not clean, bed was hard. Close to the airport, large room.

No heat There was no heat in one of the rooms when we arrived , the room did not get changed until 500 am the next day. They said they could not adjust the price because we paid through Expedia and not m directly. They also did not clean the rooms. They report the room is only cleaned weekly not at client request. Never staying at another stay America!

Bathroom had mildew all over afraid to take a show There was no complementary coffee they said they serve breakfast at 4:30 AM went to get breakfast they only had coffee and granola bars that's it that's what they call breakfast

DANGEROUS FIRE ALARM WAS COVERED WITH PLASTIC in the room. The bed was horrible. There were no pillows on the bed. we had booked it for 3 days, but we checked out the next morning.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Shower stream weak. Towels small and scratchy.

Great location! Smelt like a port-o-potty! First room was not fully cleaned when checked in. Staff changed the room and the hallway smelt like a port-o-potty! Stinky!

Not the most terrifying hotel ever... But close The room smelled funny. There was visible dirt and "fluid" on the mirror and couch. Guest were loud. There was no shampoo available. "Free breakfast" = coffee and a granola bar. On the upside, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
