Shuttle service The shuttle can to the airport was over packed. Some had to be left behind

Weekend stay We came in Friday a man and women were at the front desk they were so helpful and made things so easy. And kept it interesting and engaged in conversation with us

it is a hotel exactly designed for extended stay . Kitchennets is without utensils . Room is nice . Breakfast is mini muffins with snack bars and coffee and chocolate Period . Conveniently close to the arena . But nothing fancy .

Slightly above average We stayed here to take in a concert at the Allstate Arena. We walked to and from the arena. Also walked to area restaurants. WiFi needs improvement. The free WiFi is fine for checking email and facebook if you want to do anything with videos or Skype you need to purchase the upgrade. Breakfast is a grab-n-go. Four Stars Room was comfortable, many restaurants nearby, O'Hare Airport 5 minutes away. Hotel could use more parking though.

Excellent choice for a park & fly option Very close to O'Hare with reliable shuttle service and FREE PARKING for up to 6 days on site. We arrived about 9 p.m. prior to an early flight out of the country. The check in process was very easy and service was helpful. I will say that the room was not totally ready for us even at that point of the day (missing pillowcases), but we were assisted immediately and graciously.
