It was sufficient Staff was great. Room was just OK. Bed not real comfortable. No way to run room fan without A/C blasting. Floor wasn't real clean. Door wouldn't close on my room without forcefully doing so. (I did address this with staff to let them know it was OK to take care of on my departure). Otherwise, just an OK room for price.

We stayed at this hotel after a long 14ht flight. It's close to the airport and was fine for one night. The room was very clean and comfortable, front desk staff was polite and professional.

Chuck was a great help to us . Our reservations somehow didn't show up when we arrived at our hotel. Chuck was happy to assist us and reserved a room . Without his help we would have waited 2 hrs more.

Walking distance from the Allstate Arena wonderful Stay the night after A concert. very comfortable. staff was great loved it. Was able to walk to and from the Allstate Arena

Overall our stay was great until we tried getting into the hotel late one night and our key cards were not working. I used the phone to call the operator to get help but it just kept ringing busy. I ended up calling the extended stay right next door and got a hold of someone and she was able to reach someone to open the doors for us. Long story short someone dated our key cards wrong. Although this was a inconvience I understand mistakes happen. I was still pleased with the rest of my stay.

Good Hotel Hotel was clean and provided excellent service. Staff personal were outstanding. Polite and helpful. Customer service was considerate.

Flughafennähe Ich buchte dieses Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen, um nach Ankunft zu übernachten und am nächsten Morgen mit dem Mietwagen weiter zu reisen. Normaler Standart... leider kein Wasser in der Vending- Maschine... nur Zuckerzeug. Nettes Personal.

Cheap close to airport Stayed in this hote cause it was cheap. It's like apartment building that's been renovated. The room was a little dirty some hair in the bathroom. But overall satisfactory. When I take in the price and the fact that the shuttle was on time and easy to access this makes it average. The shuttle runs every hour from stand 3 at the shuttle pickup place. The first drop off was 5 am which was great. Overall a good solid place to stay for the price.
