Not the same hotel I stayed in 17 years ago I was a frequent guest when this hotel was Studio Plus back in 2000. At that time it was a great place to stay, convenient to the NW Burbs. Now, it is bare bones. Internet is as slow as dial-up unless you pay to upgrade. No dishes or utensils in the rooms even though they have full kitchens (Have to get items from the front desk). A/C unit in my room didn't work properly and my room smelled like musty smoke. I can't say I'll be repeating as a customer, sadly.

Walking distance to Allstate. Very basic breakfast. The futon mattress was terrible and springs were sticking out.

Excelente opção Ótimo hotel, bem localizado. Quarto com excelente infraestrutura. Falta café da manhã (só barra de ceral, mufins e café), mais nada.

Everything was very nice. However, instructions on where to get picked up at the airport when returning to the hotel were not clear--it caused us to waste a lot of time waiting for the shuttle.

My business trip experience. Clean and comfortable. Good price at the last minute. Just FYI there was no shuttle service from the airport after my flight got in at 11:30 although I had asked to make sure since I knew my flight was getting in late. Breakfast consisted of only coffee and oatmeal. The room had a full kitchen but no dishes, cookware or silverware, but I only needed a night's stay.
