How did this get 3 stars? I had a room on the I-55 side of the hotel. The road noise was terrible. The bed was too firm for me, others might like the firmness of the mattress. I am pretty sure people above me were playing soccer or something most of the night. I don’t know how someone could make so much noise walking. The Internet was not very good in my room. For it to be extended stay it didn't have any pots and pans silverware glasses And someone had used Toilet and didn't flush towels should be white and they were yellow

Uncomfortable bed Hard as plywood bed. Same with the pillows. Worst night sleep i ever had in a hotel.

They have bedbugs Room #205 is invested with bedbugs and not all small eitjer the staff member seemed to be overwhelmed. Working by herself. Toral waste of $. Couldnt get to sleep even after rm switch.

Trying staying elsewhere Again 20 minuets to check in hallways dirty room needs another cleaning one tissue left in tissue box and toliet paper roll empty

Not a hotel that welcomes you. Walked in our room and like Goldilocks someone was sleeping in our bed. By the looks of it hotel staff had stopped in to watch TV. Room was not well kept toilet paper stuck on bathroom walls, kitchen area still food not cleaned up. hall way was dirty as well. staff needs improvement too.
