Very dated. The room had a awful odor that was very strong. Not impressed, would not stay there again.

The room wasn’t clean the night crew was horrible I stood at the check in for 25 minutes before anyone came to help

Dirty faucets, noisy heater, noisy refrigerator, dreary colors of room, only ONE tiny shampoo for two people for two nights! Horrible " breakfast" - packaged muffins and granola bars, really. For the price, we will never stay there again

After receiving the room and getting settled the staff managed to walk into the room twice on different occasions without warning. One of those times I was in the shower so it made me feel violated. The room smelled gross and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Also the alarm went off at 5 am and they didn’t know what to do or if we were suppose to evacuate. Won’t be going back.

They didn't clean my room daily. The breakfast was just some granola bars and cheap coffee.

dirty and poor nightly customer service The guy at the front desk was clearly incompetent. They put me in a smokers room which wasn't very clean. Then when i asked to change rooms they gave me one that was slept in and dirty. I ended up staying in the smokers room. I had to use my clothes to wrap around the pillows because it was that dirty. Hair, everywhere.

My room smells like somebody stayed in with their dogs and bed is aqueaking. They should stop putting breakfast include coz its not really a breakfast.

Was questioned multiple times about how many ppl were staying in my room. Only I person was checked in to stay there which was myself. Hotel made an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a mistake made by the clerk who checked me in.
