We had to ask for other room because the bathroom faucet was off the wall. Other room the couch bed was dirty. Bathroom dirty. And they didn’t provide enough pillows I had only 1 pillow my king bed.

There was an off smell as soon as walking in/out and inside the elevators. Shower curtain from below was stained. All else was fine.

Our room, 117, has old flooring and chipped cabinets and countertops and had a broken microwave. Someone across the hall had the police outside his door for hours. False fire alarms.

Staff works diligent for guests however, more help would be nice. Their prices are the Best tho. it's trade-off.

The room felt very gross. Stains everywhere and just not comfortable at all. Would probably never stay at extended stay anymore. Some tend to be good but most tend to be the worst.

Overall disappointed. TV didn't work at all inspite of calling the front office. It felt like they were being disturbed. wouldn't recommend to even unknowns.
