The bathroom didn’t work from December 30th through my extended stay January 3rd. I reported it and was given a plunger to deal with the clogged toilet because guess don’t get daily service unless it’s over 7 days stay. I decided to leave on 3rd instead of 4th as scheduled. I asked to be refunded the night of 3rd and 4th since I was inconvenienced but was told it’s refundable. I otherwise had a wonderful stay. I think the problem was the cold weather or recent snow!
