Staff, property, room, cleanliness, everything was wonderful, except the t.v. was out when i got back to the room around 5pm and had no t.v. for the entire night. There was a lot of rain, the front desk did answer nicely that they were in contact with the provider, and again when the provider would not be coming out tonight. Not the staff's fault, but shocking to see there isnt a seperate service agreement considering the amount of buissness you would do with that provider. The hotel was ok. Room was suppose to be smoke free but had light smell. The ads. does not explain that this is like renting a basic apt. No room service . You have to get your own towels and empty your own garbage make your own bed.. It was ok for the price but needed more info. Grab and go breakfast very basic. Coffee few small muffins and granola bars. We would stay again as only needed somewhere to spend the nights.
