The GM Jessica and desk staff (esp Kristin) are fantastic! They handled any needs I required. Our room was quiet (even though the elevator was right next store). The room is roomy and the full size frig and stove came in handy!

The front desk staff member on check-in was a not polite. Sort of not well trained on customer service. Did not even get the information for WiFi nor the room number.

Bathroom was filthy smoke all the time in my room no iron was bad experience
