Room smelled like cigarettes
Advertised free breakfast but didn’t have any not even packaged muffins like other hotels had when I stayed 😔 won’t be returning back again
Not the greatest. The shower deverter wouldnt turn back to just going in the tub and got stuck. The room wasn't very clean. I went to the store and picked up my own cleaning supplies.
Dirty you could see old stains on the tables as well as around the sinks also there was stains on the comforter .
Greg the gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally kind, courteous, pleasant, helpful, willing to make the guests feel at home . Unfortunately the MANAGER JIM, WAS RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, MEAN, SARCASTIC, FRAZZLED, OVERWHELMED WITH HIS POSITION. HE LACKED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, POOR LEADERSHIP QUALITIES, UNABLE TO KEEP HIS COMPOSURE DURING A DIFFICULT SITUATION. HE WAS PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE, ALSO AGGRESSIVE TOWARDS ME IN THE HALLWAY BY MYSELF AS A WOMAN IBFELT EXTREMELY FRIGHTENED AND UNCOMFORTABLE AROUND THIS MAN.
