We were so disappointed with this property. First impression going in the building to our room-there were people hanging out in the parking lot. They had the door propped open (the one that should require a key to enter) and they were smoking and drinking. After the people were gone the door was still propped open. DO NOT BOOK Do Not Recommend!! The manager was Great, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was Terrible. We booked 4 Rooms and Not one was clean. There was still trash in the garbage, crumbs on the counters, sticky spots in front of the toilet, and smelled of cigarettes. Do Not Book!
This room #234# (a large number of cockroach families) stayed for 2 nights! I didn't sleep well! Please disinfect! Reminder of conscience😊
Lobby area reeks of cigarette smoke. Room did'nt thankfully. Walls are thin, listened to a kid scream talk starting at 530am. So glad we only had to stay one night. Won't go back
Filthy and dirty with dogs everywhere and roaches all over the place! And I couldn’t get a refund!
Don’t waste your time. My room was dirty. The trash filled. The BATHROOM WAS DIRTY AS FU*K!! BATHTUB WAS DIRTY AS FU@K! YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD KEEP ROOMS CLEAN BECAUSE OF COVID. BUT THEY DONT. SO BUSY MAKING SURE EVERYONE WEARS A MASK. BUT THE ROOMS BE DIRTY.
Room was not cleaned, smelled of cigarettes and was in bad shape. Deck manager did more me to a slightly better room it to smelled of cigarette smoke but not as bad as first room.
