Room wasn’t ready. Attendant had to go and “check on the room,” which gave me a feeling it wasn’t clean yet, or something suspicious. I was told to wait an hour and see what else opened up. I canceled my stay with them because it was so unprofessional and inconvenient for me. Also having someone have a personal call, while there’s people waiting, and not being attentive to the customers is rude.

Possible blood stain on the bed. VERY sticky kitchen floor. We ended up not staying. But we got good customer service and a full refund.

The property is in need of repair and update. It was not very clean. My non smoking room had a strong cigarette smell. Marijuana smell was strong in the hallway. The bathroom floor was sticky. There was damage to the shower wall. There were a couple of broken down vehicles in the parking lot. The trash can outside was overflowing with trash. Spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

Was very disappointed with this Extended Stay. Room had no chairs for the table. There were no plates, pots, utensils for the kitchen and were not available at the front desk. Microwave did work but was unsure about the stove. TV was very limited. We did have an iron, but no hair drier. Breakfast consisted of a limited amount of coffee, no coffee makers in room. This is the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. They told me that due to cleaning, the room I reserved was not available so they gave me another one, but this one was dirty too???? It looked like somebody stayed there and they just made the bed and that was it. For the price I didn’t expect too much but at least a room without hair in the sink as if somebody had shave just a couple minutes ago. The room smelled horrible too.
