WORST EXPERIENCE: Stayed here for two nights. Booked double bed but when I reached there to checkin, I was told that because of over booking they don't have double bed room. And even asked me to cancel If I want. This is very ridiculous even after getting confirmation of my booking. floor, bathroom, kitchen, bed whole room was dirtiest I have ever lived.

Extremely rude clerk, never called me about my reservation being cancelled, never offered any kind of resolution after traveling g from another state and Expedia couldn’t do anything to help!

I want a partial refund! Over booked. We had to fight the office for a room after paying, and having a confirmation #. After speaking to supervisor, we got a room. Office not manned!!! No breakfast as advertised. Breakfast consists of coffee and hot chocolate. ROOM KEY WORKED ONE TIME! Toilet seat broken. Room was clean. No coffee maker, no ice machine...basically a bed to sleep in ONLY!!! No amenities

When I booked this place the pictures show a nice and clean place but when we arrived there whole place smell liked Marijuana. Carpet smelled so bad room was so dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was never cleaned. We arrived at 12 so didn’t had choice to leave, I hope they renovate this place. Area around is so nice but not this hotel.

Bad experience It was a last minute decision, so I did not spend much time looking through reviews. Room looked like it was not cleaned before, found someone else crunchy on the table. Sheets and towels very old and did not look washed or changed. Everything very wrinkly and grey color from age. You can hear everything... hotel allowing pets, dogs were barking in the next room all night. You can hear everything going on around you and outside. Totally and utterly disgusted! Terrible! Room smelled! A huge spider hanging around on the curtain. No security latch on the door as well! Paint was peeling and falling off the wall. The refrigerator was nasty! And the icing on the cake, we met a friendly pet inside of the room which was a roach!

The room had long, dark hairs in the shower and around the floor. The floor was also gritty and dirty. The fridge exterior was filthy, although the interior looked clean. The range top light did not work, and neither did one bedside light. All in all the place was a bit of a dump.
