Noisy and loud music playing all night. Inside the hotel smells marihuana everywhere, reception, lobby and corridors. Always sleeping staff and don’t care who’s entering

The lighting outside the hotel was bad. It was very dark with no light against the building. When I walked into the facility there was no one at the front desk. I kept saying hello but she was sitting off to the side eating. When she finally approached she had an attitude & was unprofessional by asking what did I want. I told her I was checking in. Very outdated hotel , rooms were dirty switched rooms new room still dirty , website as well as when I spoke to the hotel free breakfast they stated they weren't doing it because of Covid but I booked and asked before I arrived. Dogs are allowed but when you book they don't mention an extra deposit overall I give it a 1 will not be back made my New years Eve not that great..

Lobby was dirty and the first room had hairs all over the bed. Hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Second room was very dirty, the mattress had a huge dip in it which made it it possible to sleep on. Heater did not work and it was 30 degrees outside. We wore plastic bags on our feet to shower. It was so gross!!!The smell in the room was horrible. Stay away from this hotel. IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY 40 YEARS OF TRAVELING. .

The pictures on the website is wonderful but in person it is not up to date.. it smells so bad. The rooms was so bad in the sink in the kitchen area was leaking water and it's a non-smoking environment but you smell weed urine from pets all in the hallway..

Room Had dust on all the furniture 3 inches thick! Room was not clean!!!

No staff available to check for over 15 min., but they kept walking by the desk. Another guest walked by to texted someone on staff to see if they could come to the desk. Room was picked up with fresh sheets, but wasn’t that clean and there was about 15 flies in the room.
