Not so good

The staff was horrible. Only one person on staff during rush hour. Phones not being answered. Customers standing at the front desk for over 15 minutes waiting for one person to come down stairs. Several rooms did not have properly working heaters. For a non smoking hotel, the first floor reeked of marijuana. .

The room smelled of tobacco. The breakfast was scant. While the unit was a kitchenette, all dishware and utensils necessary for cooking had to be retrieved from the concierge.

Staff was not nice. Room smelled like fried food. Bathroom was not clean.

Room was dirty. Lobby smelled like marihuana. Felt like I was in the projects. Oh and smoke alarm kept going off.
