show the real deal The hotel was in horrible condition. It was under construction. The pictures on the website were not an accurate assessment of the condition of the hotel. The room had chipped paint, tile; there was a bug in one of the plastic cups; it was not clean or fresh; The ONLY thing that was good about this hotel was the hotel staff person, Tommy at the front desk, who process my refund as we had to go and stay at another hotel.

Not the nicest hotel. Lobby always seemed to have people hanging around in it and it is a small lobby. Didn't really feel the safest.

Booked a room with 2 beds. When I showed up, they gave me a room with one bed. This will not fit a family of four. I ended up renting another hotel. Very bad service.

I would find other arrangements if you are only planning on staying temporarily. The rooms are not extremely comfortable and the hotel could use a deep clean.

Room had a musty smell. And somehow there was a wad of hair underneath one the handtowels they laid out, it was jutting out in plain sight. The floors felt a little sticky, I don't think they were dirty but the material of the floor and whatever cleaner they used gave that effect. The beds were actually nice and clean, so I can't say this was the dirtiest hotel experience but the smell when we walked in gave bad impression.

Unhappy Door was locked and it took a long time to open it to check in I asked for iron table they didn’t have in room or extra one to use Shower head was leaking The tube was not clean Never again

Not happy We arrived late however i did list that on the special request note. First we can not check in. Due to the system updating. Then when they finally did get us a room. The ac/ heater disnt work, room was hot! Half the curtains were tore down, stains on the chairs. Took us 45 minutes to get a room i made a reservation for. Thr employees were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Then i noticed they ocer charged me by almost 20 bucks.

It says breakfast included. They only have a coffe and tea machine in front of the reception. No tables, no seats..
