I arrived after 11 and was chastised like a petulant teen for not calling about my "late check in". I had reserved the room for three days. I was traveling from 4 hours away in heavy rain through traffic, notifying my hotel was the last thing on my mind. After getting the run around I was allowed to check in. Staff doesnt know how to address concerns, no creamer for coffee in the morning, bathroom doors was accidentally locked and staff said, nothing can be done since no maintenance workers around.

I would not recommend this for anyone I got here a few hours ago hoping for a good nights sleep before a big move in the morning and the beds are horrible. Then I finally fell asleep and they start vacuuming in the hallway after midnight. How is anyone supposed to sleep in a hotel that does this?
