Vending machine didn’t work, but the staff said they couldn’t do anything. Staff was foul mouthed when she didn’t know a guest had come off the elevator. Gave them a bad review when they wrote to me and someone called. She didn’t call to fix my problem - but to tell me I was wrong. I’ve never seen such attitudes. She wanted to have a district manager call me. I told I’d wasted enough time with her on what should have been a minor issue (the vending machine). Sheets were dirty and counter was not clean, I requested new sheets and had to put them on myself. Clean the kitchen area and bathroom floor! Never never going back

Took three tries to get our key cards to work. Must ask front desk if you want supplies for your kitchen. One shelf in closet was completely broken upon arrival. Smell in hallway was horrible and unidentifiable. No regular cream for the 6a coffee.

Overall the property looked weathered and old. There was a smell in the room. So noisy too. Couldn’t sleep at all.

I arrived after 11 and was chastised like a petulant teen for not calling about my "late check in". I had reserved the room for three days. I was traveling from 4 hours away in heavy rain through traffic, notifying my hotel was the last thing on my mind. After getting the run around I was allowed to check in. The person checking me in actually rather rudely pointed to my cell phone and said, "You have a cell phone, you couldn't call?" The property itself is run down. Staff doesnt know how to address concerns, no creamer for coffee in the morning, bathroom doors was accidentally locked and staff said, nothing can be done since no maintenance workers around.
