It clearly says there is complimentary area shuttle avail at this location which was very important to me. Get to check in and person says never heard of a shuttle. I show him the travelocity website. He says someone on travelocity must be writing false info of the hotel...

Not suitable for long stay Did not provide coffee maker for 3 days. Did not have coffee pods had to buy from outside. Basic room . Breakfast useless. No laundry detergent had to buy out.

Would make a different choice next time. While the room was clean, bed was comfortable...this is NOT what I expected at all! The rooms need some updating. And there could have at least been a coffee maker.

Musty room Room was updated and appeared clean however there was a strong musty smell that triggered by allergies. Kept the windows opened the entire stay (4 nights) but the odor was still lingering. Kitchen cupboards and drawers were totally empty - no utensils, plates, glasses. Was I really supposed to request these items? Upon check-in, I inquired about the fitness center, as it was listed that a nearby fitness center was available. Stay Away From Extended Stay I will never recommend nor will I ever stay at an extended stay ever again. Not only was there no housekeeping but more importantly they refused to remove the snow that was blocking the wheelchair ramps, even after I had a nice polite and respectful chat with a staff member who was not only a very nice person but assured me it was taking care of. As a person in a wheelchair this made me feel disrespected and made my stay far more difficult than it should have been.

Will never stay in an Extended Stay again Felt like I was in a men's shelter. Did not see one woman. VERY barebones--while there was a fridge, microwave, sink, etc. not one utensil or dish in any of the cabinets. Had to go down to front desk to get a fork and a glass. Formica on counter in kitchenette was falling apart. Parking lot full of snow. Guy right at entrance smoking. Lighting in room was 'cold' so felt like I was in a basement. Average but unpleasant stay Entry into the hotel lot was snow covered and there was no signs, parking lot was not cleaned, the amenities listed were not in the room, when staff was asked, they said it wasn't offered but allowed us to use, DVD player , There was a spider in the bathtub, so spot checking is not done. Water pipes and heating equipment is outdated, and made very load noises.

Disappointed and Disgruntled First of all , we needed a search party to find the property. No amenities at all. No daily cleanup of room. Two of three mornings there was no coffee available. Awakened at 5:30 am for false fire alarm. We had to carry used towels to front desk to trade for clean ones. Actually considered looking for another hotel after one day. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!
