Unhappy customer The room had a dirty feel to it. Found a dirty towel under the bathroom sink shelf, sink backed up with water as we tried to brush our teeth or wash my face. Toilet would not flush properly so the toilet paper never fully went down and then eventually stopped going down all together! On top of it we were in a smoking room that had absolutely NO ashtrays and then the smoke detectors go off as we're trying to have a cigarette! So we had to go outside to smoke! Terrible bed Bed is terrible. It was hard as a rock. Not comfy at all
Location great, hotel not I stayed here over a weekend, and I had several issues. First, the refrigerator made a very loud noise when it was running, so loud in fact that I had to turn it off and just avoid keeping anything with me that needed to be cold. Second, the toilet kept running after being flushed until you jiggled the handle in just the right way. Stay away!!!! Service was Good but place wasn't. Was planning to stay 10 days until we got into our new house. Checked out after one night. Place had weird smell throughout. Rooms were small and not good. Found an extended stay Residence Inn a mile away. Awesome place highly recommend!!!!

I would not book it again I checked in on a Tuesday , and checked out on Friday . Left my room Wednesday morning 6:45am , came back at 2pm .....no room service . I left my room Thursday morning at 9am , and the cleaning team were a couple rooms down the hall cleaning other rooms . Came back around 3:30pm ....no room service. Friday morning 6:10 ....no coffee , no one at the front desk. 6:20 .....same thing . Could not get a receipt and check out . Skip it and get a real hotel. Zero amenities. Not worth the price. No housekeeping all week, no breakfast and no fitness center. For $10 more I could have stayed at a real hotel with all of the above. I guess if you need a bed for $70 and that's about it then go for it. Realize you'll spend the price difference between this and a real hotel just buying breakfast and paying for a gym visit. I don't understand the appeal at all. At least it was clean when I got there.

Keep looking I have stayed at Extended stays before and loved them however would not stay here again in fact I wanted to leave after seeing the bug in the bathroom but figured I could not get a refund so I stay the two days that I had booked.I think it needs remodeled. Carpets were worn, floors were sticky, I wanted to wear my shoes all the time while in the room, overall was not good.
