Not Very Clean I'll never stay in another one. I'm sure that their definition of "cleaned the room" simply means changed the sheets. They were cordial but didn't seem overly concerned about my complaints. If money wasn't an issue & I could've changed to a different hotel I would have!

Never again Our bathroom smelled of urine. The heat was cranked way up when we arrived. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am waking us out our sleep to ask if we were checking out or staying an extra day. Very disappointed in our stay
The smell of smoke was terrible and kept me from enjoying my trip. I had booked a non smoking room but they said at check in they didn't have one. Very disappointing.
Issues with the hotel Waited 15 minutes at the front desk to check in before the employee came off the elevator. Never apologied for our wIt. No note on desk saying they would return. The lights and clock were not pluged in and when I move the night table to.plug them in i found 2 empty bottles of soda on the floor. The refrigerator was not cleaned. There was dried spilled stuff in the refrigerator. We went down for breakfast at 830 and the basket with muffins and bars was empty. No employees in sight.
No frills would be generous! Hotel was not clean. Sticky floors, they advertise breakfast , it was 8 muffins and cold coffee( seriously) .front desk person is always missing, Beds and pillows below standard.
My wheel covers got stolen while I was there. I tried to call and ask about if they had security cameras. I was disconnected my a few times. So not very helpful.
I cannot connect wifi...during the stay
