This hotel is a dump. The entire hotel smells like smoke. The first room they gave me to check into was a mess the bed wasn't made. There was garbage all over the room. It looked like it hadn't been clean in a few days. The second room was a little better other than the fact that when I went to pull back the covers to check the bed there was hair all over it. The pillow cases and sheets looked dirty still. After that I request my money back and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Never again! Poorly managed. Poorly maintained. Lights by the bed didn't work. Hotel operator never answered calls. No room service. Woke me up in AM to say "they made a mistake on the paperwork at check-in". Toilet leaked all night. Breakfast was snack bars. No silverware, bowls, glasses in kitchen area. Positive: It has a roof. Never, never, never again.

Horrible-DO NOT STAY there When I checked in I noticed how filthy the place was. I was told they no longer served fresh breakfast-not even fruit. Then I was told housekeeping was $10 extra per night plus tax-this was not told o me prior to booking. I get to my room and some guys clothes and underwear were still in the drawers and the garbage hadn't been cleaned. The bed was dirty and the blanket had hair all over it. Worst customer service in history. I DO NOT SEE HOW EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IS NUMBER ONE WHEN THEIR SCHAUMBURG LOCATION HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY. THEY LOCK YOU OUT OF YOU ROOM AND THEY PERFORM TRANSACTIONS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE STAY AT ANY EXTENDED STAY AMERICA. WE WERE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL JUST BECAUSE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE MADE A MISTAKE AND LEFT IT FOR THE NEXT PERSON TO FIX.

Won't stay here again. Kitchen had no amenities, not even a glass, Nothing in room to even make coffee. Guess you were supposed to bring your own coffee pot, coffee, and dishes. Breakfast consisted of one muffin (no choice) or a granola bar. No fruit or juice. One morning there was not even a muffin.

A Smoke Filled Room O'Hare closed due to a storm and we were forced to find accommodation at the last minute. We checked in at midnight so nothing around was open, however it was obvious that there were lots of amenities in close proximity. Unfortunately, while my room was clean, it reeked of smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. My colleague had a similar experience and changed rooms, however I was exhausted and simply went to bed as I had to be up at 4:00 am.
