My first room s window did not shut fully. My second room, the toilet did not flush. The third room had stains on the refrigerator. They used to have fruit with breakfast.

Outstanding stay Tim made my stay very comfortable and hospitable and was on top of all the details during my stsy job well done Tim I love to stay here due to the convenience and cleanliness of my room ive stayed here at this location 7 times and love it thats why I keep coming back thanks again your loyal customer Jesus Rivera Happy Holidays.

Floors were dirty. Lists of police presence arresting people. Same guests daily in lobby making comments about everybody. Smokers closer then 15 feet. Smokers had to move just so I could be in door. Tried other doors same issue with smokers. I am easy going and seldom complain but dirty, smokey, and police was just too much. Will try other locations before giving up on property. Properties in Arkansas were a joy to say at when traveling.
