Great concept, awesome staff, horrendous General M General, the facility is very fine including most of the hotel staff. However Eric, the hotel manager, in particular, is an absolute blight on the landscape with regards to the hotel’s accommodation policies. He is inflexible, refuses to open the door for guests, and believes that he is more important than even his guests. He hurts the entire reputation of the Extended Stay brand and affiliates throughout the entire chain.

was ok - was noise in the parking lot after 10 pm - people talking loud, refrigerator truck close to our room window, etc - didn't sleep well

It's clean and staffs are friendly. Breakfast is too simple and no lotion in bath
