Apartment or hotel? This place was inexpensive but didnt think anything of it. Well when i arrived there were a bunch of shady people (not an opinion) standing out front being super loud. Ok, no biggie. It reaked of smoke (non smoking hotel), and people lived there. Was the worst I've stayed at, but DEFINITELY not the best! Very outdated! Wont be back. Wont recommend.
