Basic, economy level Breakfat was coffee and a muffin. Only had shower, no tub. No vanity in bathroom, only a sink. Should not be cinsidered a suite.

Cheaper hotel The room was ok but the bed was not comfortable at all. The room was in decent shape but it seemed like people were just living in the hotel. One window to a room had a cat looking at me. I would look some where else or spend a little more.

Constant smell of smoke in the building. Room not stocked with anything for the kitchen. The rooms are small in comparison to nearby places You can do much better in similar hotels around the area for the same price.

The room Smelled like a wet dog, breakfast consisted of coffee & packaged muffins. When I asked about decaf coffee, the guy tried to tell me the light roast was decaf!

Never again They priced gauged due to the festival that weekend. Check-in was long only to be told that the two rooms I paid for would not be together and there would be no housekeeping service during the weekend it was extra. We would have to return our dirty towels to the front desk in exchange for new ones. The first room we received was dirty there was a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom and a strong smell of smoke. Only took 3 rooms to get it correct a little! Well when we got there the first room they gave us smelled like mildew. Room #2 spelled like Indian food. Room #3 was not winner but better than the first two. Breakfast was not advertised as the site suggests. I was thinking a breakfast bar is was table. There were city works that were onsite till 1am in case the power went out however they were drinking and being loud until 1am. Power was on lock down. Don't do it! While the price is nice the hotel was not! Our first notion to run should have been at check in. While my husband was standing at the front desk to check in a gentlemen from a mold removal company walked up and said he was there to remove the mold in some of the rooms. The cleric (a gentleman also) couldn't move his conversation away from my husband fast enough. Red flag #2...they only gave us 2 towels. Not stellar Clean, but smelled of old cigarettes, little water pressure, the one table had a broken leg. Breakfast was oatmeal bars, mini muffins and coffee "to go". Not a shining example of Extended stay experiences.
