5 day stay during the week room was clean and comfortable, parking was an issue one night due to construction trucks taking up several spaces, mix of quests (construction workers, business travelers, some families with kids. Was safe location, noise level was good, people using outdoor grills for cooking, pool was clean.

This Hotel was my best accomodation in years so .....It was the continuity of my HOME !!!! All is perfect there you only need to be there .!!!!

Nice review Could of had better breakfast, muffins and bagel. Maybe some cold cereal or waffles. Hotel doesnt have an ice machine but the rooms did have ice trays.

home away from home I liked the location. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I really Liked the layout of the room. The hotel was clean . It did have some aesthetic issues.

Would stay again The staff was exceptionally accommodating with requests for extra pillows and linens. Check-in was pleasant and quick. My only complaint would be that our room was a little less than clean..there was a bottle cap and someone's bracelet behind the sleeper sofa and a dirty cake knife on top of the refrigerator. It seemed like housekeeping staff didn't go above or beyond to clean any surfaces that were not immediately visible. Would stay again I stayed here over Mem. Day weekend and hotel was booked to full capacity during the night we stayed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out was simple and quick. Our room was comfortable. It was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The hotel staff was great. They gladly assisted in whatever needs we had. I have chosen this hotel for lodging on future trips to Cincinnati. But if rooms will like like room 201 did when we checked in. The room was in need for cleaning and maintenance work on the bathroom door. When I reported this to the front desk person, she immediately moved us to another room. The second room was great.

Not the best accomodations If you stay here make sure you are on the first floor. The third floor is absolutely disgusting. The hallway carpeting was filthy and stained, the smell of burned curry permeates everything, and the furniture and beds were far worse than what the first floor offered.
