This facility is outdated, rundown, and lack appropriate amenities. My room keycards need to be re-programmed 3x in 2 days.
There was absolutely no breakfast whatsoever when it said that there was breakfast there was granola bars and hot water f****** terrible always stairwells a mess
Not worth the money The place is very outdated and dirty. Norhing looked sanitary or clean.
Looks ghetto on the outsdie , inside not to bad . But was at check in and there was a bunch people standing around all talking at the check in cussing and carrying on. Beds had stains on sheets and beds, said there was free breakfast i go down that morning and theres nothing there..only one cleaning lady so you cant ever find the lady at desk.
There was a rowdy customer talking about fighting with the owner. We had no shampoo/conditioner or bath soap in our room. I had to call the front desk I thought that we didn’t have hot water in the shower, but it turned out that the water handle was installed backwards.
Staff was great, unfortunately the room and hotel in general was dirty. Not swept. Constantly smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. Side door to get in never worked with our key. Found someone’s sock behind a dresser in our room. Crumbs on and in couch and pull out bed. Shower was dirty. The fire alarm went off at 8 in the morning so I woke my son up and rushed him down the stairs just to find out it was a false alarm. Eww Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. Didnt seem like the best area of town and room was NOT clean. I was only there for a night, thank god, and definitely would not return.
