The place needs a major upgrade. If we didn’t get in so late we wouldn’t have stayed
Garbage By far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. It was disgusting the shower was covered in black liquid when we arrived and there were blunt roaches littered throughout the room. The workers seemed like crackheads and cared more for their ciggarettes than assissting customers. -10/10 experience
Very dirty property with awful smell and very outdated amenities. I stayed one night and checked out and went to another hotel down the road. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Bad experience. Dirty, filthy room conditions. Stain on chairs, fridge and pillow. See pictures. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Property inside and outside requires cleaning and maintenance.
Trash in elevator. Breakfast is a joke. Door to come in broken. Took over 15 min to check in. Hallways smell
I booked this hotel well in advance. Upon reaching after 6 hours of driving, the staff says there’s no room at 9:30pm !! Upon requesting to grant the room, they just straight away rejected stating no rooms. They sent to another hotel nearby which is shabby and small room with no space to sleep for 4 members!! Stay away from this hotel and not at all trustworthy!!
The staff was kind. However the facility was very dirty. The whole building smelt like smoke and the room smelt verh strongly of mildew. The sheets and bedding felt damp, the rooms floors were filthy, i wiped up a small water spill and the wash clothe was so dirty afterwards. You could hear every single noise from surrounding rooms and the yard was in severe need of beind mowed. Staff was friendly and that was the only positive. I would not reccomend staying here to others.
The staff was very nice but the facility was very dirty. We had to buy cleaning products and clean and treat mold in the shower. I would normally just leave and find somewhere else but all the hotels were booked. If you are allowing independent ownership thats great, with that, your name is on the hotel there may need to be a standard of cleanliness that should be monitored. Again, the young man at the front desk was amazing.
