I did like the location of the hotel & the night staff was very nice but Unfortunately the rooms are very old & out of date. Also, not even 20 minutes of being in my room, the covers & pillows were dirty like they hadn’t been change. The customer service was good. But the conditions of the hotel rooms are just terrible & nasty.

The room was good but smoke odor whole night in the room

Room was dirty, there was a vent in the bedroom that was full of dust. The refrigerator had a substance smeared on the outside. The toilet seat needs to be replaced as it had several big chips on it. The lobby had a bad odor as did our room. The bathtub had a small bar of used soap inside of it.

pool was smaller then picture & only open 10-10. facet was broken to kitchen sink in room. bathroom door was off the hinges. stunk really bad & was set right under exercise room. breakfast was only granola bars & muffins.

Cleanliness was terrible room smelled dirty like a nasty locker room. The staff was sloppy in appearance and unable to comprhend what constituted filthy conditions. DO NOT RRECOMMEND AT ALL.

Staff was professional and nice. Our room smelled like rotten tacos and there was no coffee machine in the room. The occupants in the room above us were stomping on the floors at 6am in the morning both morning we were there.

Hot Hotel They air conditioning didn’t work and refused to issue a refund it was very hot and uncomfortable
