The best thing about hotel was the staff. Bathroom was dirty! Hotel VERY close to expressway and trains which made it very loud!!! Continental breakfast was an orange, granola bar, muffin, instant oatmeal, and coffee.

It was very close to the NKCC but... I wasn't sure what to expect from an Extended Stay America but not what I came to. Everything seem to be updated but as I hit the hallway then opened my door to my room there was an odor of either mustiness or stale smoke. It is supposed to be all smoke free. The room was large but the bathroom was small and you could hardly turn around in it. It had a small kitchen as you entered but could tell it hadn't been wiped down in a while. The beds had to be the hardest beds we have ever slept on,, The walls are paper thin,, 4am. we here stereo blaring in room next door.. Doors slaming all nite!! Continental Breakfast was straight out of circle K !! Was a horrible stay

It looked like there were signs of bed bugs. I pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs and there was characteristic signs of bed bug excrement along the mattress cover by the headboard. I told the front desk attendant, and I was able to change rooms with no problem. The 2nd room seemed fine. I had stayed here earlier in the week, and that room seemed fine.

Two Nights Generally the stay was OK. All we wanted was a place to sleep that was centrally located to see family. We did feel that the price charged was to high for the condition of the rooms and the facility. The hallway carpets on our floor were badly stained. The generally the facility felt well worn and a bit dingy. The room itself was clean but again felt worn. "Upgrade" The prices were a little high for the conditions and location. The room was older, but appeared to be clean (even though you could barely see out of the windows). There is no ice machine available in the hotel because you have a refrigerator. However, in order to have a cold drink, you would have to wait several hours for ice. Disappointing Crack and dirty walls. Air on in the bathroom was on too high and cause the curtain to blow while showering.

Not great My room had no soap, shampoo or lotion. For $120 a night, I would have expected a whole lot better conditions.
